Welcome to MultiStage Recovery

It is regular misconception that once a file has been deleted and the recycle bin emptied, the file is entirely erased from the hard disk. This is not true as the file data still remains on the disk, although it is rendered invisible to all applications (ie Windows Explorer). What is actually erased is the location information used by the operating system to detect and direct applications to the file. MultiStage Recovery is an advanced program that can easily recover such files that have been deleted.

A powerful new scan algorithm for NTFS and FAT drives allows you to locate and identify lost files as quickly as possible.

If you format a partition on your hard disk MultiStage Recovery can even attempt to show files that were present prior to formatting. If a file record was not completely overwritten with a new one, the file will be present in the list and recovery will be possible.

The program has a built-in file preview that allows you to examine the contents of over 42 types of deleted files prior to saving (see features for the full list of supported file formats).

With just a few mouse clicks removed files can be saved to alternative drives (including network shared drives, USB flash drives, removable drives such as Jazz®, Zip®, LS-120, and floppy disks).

MultiStage Recovery supports all Microsoft Windows file systems for hard and floppy drives, USB storage devices, including modern versions of NTFS used in Windows XP.
